Get to know your day-to-day tasks better:
- Reconcile, update, regularize, and justify suspense accounts and provisions.
- Monitor specific accounts (Imposta Tax, recoverable costs, cash deposits, etc.).
- Produce statistics on suspense accounts.
- Track non-recurring expenses and income.
- Monitor pending flows in the payment tool.
- Handle rejections in the customer account management tool.
- Update and manage newly opened customer accounts.
- Anticipate RWA impacts and evaluate back-value entries after the end of the quarter.
- Follow up on manual fees based on received instructions..

For the best performance, we seek:
- 1/2 years experience in this role;
- Advanced Knowlege in LoanIQ tool and Microsoft 365;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer focus;
- Perseverance, responsiveness, and analytical skills;
